Castaldo Natural Rubber

Castaldo White Label

• Has a very high concentration of pure natural gum rubber which makes it resilient and pliable, qualities valued by the mould cutter.
• These moulds are made best from white label strip. It's a more firmer rubber than gold label.

Castaldo Gold Label

• Has a very high concentration of pure natural gum rubber which makes it very soft and pliable.
• The superior quality saves the mould cutter on labour costs when used on difficult moulds containing undercuts. More beneficial for thicker moulds

Castaldo Silicon Rubber

• Vulcanizes at 165°C - 177°C For 15 minutes per 6mm
• Econosil is putty material, harder, firmer and an affordable version of Castaldo Super High Strength. It makes Stronger rubber mould and gives waxes a high shine finish for early release from mould. Sold in 5 lbs Box. Brick Red in colour.
• Super High Strength Silicone rubber which cuts like butter. It produces a firm mould with excellent flexibility and tear strength strong enough to male complex moulds. Available in standard yellow and gelato rainbow colours. Sold in 5 lbs pack.

Castaldo Rapido

• Castaldo Rapido is a soft clay or putty like material that Is easy to work with. It produces highly detailed wax injections with an excellent shiny surface that requires less finishing. Self releasing and need no release spray or messy powder. Moulds are easy to pack and cut like butter . Rubber shrinkage is only 1.4%..

Castaldo Quicksil

• A no shrinkage moulding rubber that makes tough, long lasting production moulds.
• It gives a high shine finish. No vulcanizer needed. It is self lubricating so no release spray needed.
• The moulds made from this can be used for a long time. Quicksil can be used for making wax pattern or direct casting of low cast metals such as tin etc. Moulds are made almost instantly
